FCCW22L100-67B2-P(HB) Overview
Large screens on vehicles, outdoor kiosks and wash-down lines take rain, spray, vibration and direct sun, and a front-only seal is not enough when water can reach the back. The W22L100-67B2-P(HB) is Winmate’s 21.5 inch G-WIN IP67 display: a fully sealed IP67 monitor in an aluminum die-cast housing with an anti-corrosion pre-finish and polyester powder coating. It connects to a separate rugged computer and mounts on VESA.
The 21.5″ 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 1000 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, and projected capacitive multi-touch is optically bonded to the panel for clarity in bright light. A built-in ambient light sensor and a menu key adjust brightness automatically or by hand, and a day/night mode button and an LED brightness button help at night. An anti-reflective protection glass is available under a separate order code.
Video arrives over VGA on an M12 connector and HDMI on a waterproof connector, and touch runs over USB on an M12 connector, with an RS-232 remote control port as an option. LEDs show power and lock/unlock status. Open-wire power, USB, VGA and HDMI cables with waterproof connectors are supplied, with waterproof caps and VESA screws. The W22IAD3S-67B2-P(HB) is the panel PC on this IP67 design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5, and the W22MG3S-67B2-P(HB) carries a MediaTek Genio 510.
Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter as an option. The 21.5 inch monitor runs fanless from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 55 °C with the intelligent heater, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Methods 516.6 and 514.6. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W22L100-67B2-P(HB) configured and tested before dispatch, ready to pair with the computer that drives it.
