Winmate W22L100-IPA3 21.5″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and FHD LCD

A wide operator screen in a cabinet door or wash-down area has to seal at the front and still show a full HD mimic or dashboard. The W22L100-IPA3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch industrial monitor for that job: an FHD panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 21.5″ 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The W22L100-IPA3HB is the 1000 nit version of this monitor, with a 5000:1 panel for brighter sites, and the W22IT3S-IPA3 is the panel PC built on the same front, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 inside.

The 21.5 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
