Winmate W24IAN3S-MRA2 23.8″ Marine Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and 9 to 36V DC

On a ship’s bridge the panel PC sits flush in the console, runs from vessel DC power and has to dim right down for night watches. The W24IAN3S-MRA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch marine panel PC for maritime automation and bridge systems: a fanless 23.8″ unit with an Intel Processor N150, rated IP66 on the front side.

The Intel Processor N150 has four cores at up to 3.6 GHz with 6 MB cache, which suits monitoring, alarm and automation software in practice. Memory is 8 GB of DDR5 with a 16 GB option, and storage starts at 128 GB with options up to 4 TB. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise is installed. The 1920 x 1080 display gives 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles, resistive touch is standard with AR glass as an option, and a dimming knob takes the backlight from nearly 0% to 100% for changing day and night conditions.

I/O covers two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C port and one RS-232 port, with four RS-232 or four isolated RS-422/485 ports as an option and an optional HDMI output. The R19IAN3S-MRA2 is the 19 inch marine panel PC with the same N150, and the W24IAN3S-GCA2 is a 23.8 inch G-WIN front IP65 panel PC for industrial use on shore.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC to cope with vessel supply variation, and a 12 V 84 W AC adapter comes with it. The W24IAN3S-MRA2 runs from -15 to 55 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, is rated for 15 G shock and is vibration rated at 0.7 g to DNV-CG-0339 Class A. The aluminum housing has an anti-corrosion powder coating, mounts flush in a panel or on VESA, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with Windows installed, and tested before dispatch.
