Winmate W24IE3S-SPA2 23.8″ Full HD IP65 Stainless Steel PCAP Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211

A large screen helps when one operator watches a whole line, but in a hygienic area every extra centimeter of bezel is more to clean. The W24IE3S-SPA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch stainless steel panel PC with a true flat, edge-to-edge PCAP front, a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing sealed to IP65 and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, sold as a standalone model.

The 23.8 inch panel runs at full HD 1920 x 1080 with 250 nits, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles in both directions, which keeps a line overview readable from the side. Multi-touch PCAP with glove and rain modes suits wet or gloved hands, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz (the N6210 is an option), with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software, recipe screens and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on a single M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof adapter cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional, with antenna covers on the top edge. The W24IE3S-SPA269 is the same 23.8 inch design sealed to IP69K, and the W24IE3S-65A2 is the IP65 build with optional resistive touch.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter supplied. The W24IE3S-SPA2 is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 620 x 390 x 56 mm and mounts on 200 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
