Winmate W24IT3S-SPA269 23.8″ FHD Stainless Steel IP69K Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP

On a washdown line the largest HMIs carry the most information, recipe screens, batch records and line overviews, and they still get hosed down with the machine. The W24IT3S-SPA269 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch stainless steel panel PC: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 enclosure sealed to IP69K, with a true flat, edge-to-edge front surface that is easy to clean.

It runs an Intel Core i5-1135G7 at 2.4 GHz up to 4.2 GHz, with the Intel Core i5-1145G7 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with 8, 16 or 32 GB options, and storage is one M.2 slot for a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, with NVMe options to 4 TB and an optional SATA III drive up to 2 TB. The 1920 x 1080 screen is rated at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch has glove and rain modes so it keeps responding with wet hands or through gloves, and optical bonding is an option. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

The sealed I/O is one waterproof Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on an M12 connector, with external USB, COM and LAN cables with waterproof connectors and waterproof caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are options, with antenna covers for the stainless housing, and TPM 2.0 is on board. The W24IT3S-SPA269-P1 is the P series version with a sealed conduit, two LAN ports and HDMI, and the W22IT3S-SPA369 is the 21.5 inch stainless model.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector, with an AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The W24IT3S-SPA269 operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 620 x 390 x 56 mm and mounts on 200 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
