Large touch screens in public areas and on production floors get leaned on, knocked and cleaned often. The W24IT7T-GCA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch G-WIN front IP65 panel PC for those places, with a 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 250 nits and 3000:1 contrast, a true flat edge-to-edge front and an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.
The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, and storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard with options to 4 TB on an M.2 2242/2280 M-key slot that takes SATA or NVMe drives, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04, which typically covers HMI, SCADA and kiosk software on the W24IT7T-GCA2.
Connections include one 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W24IAD7T-GCA2 is the same 23.8 inch G-WIN design with LGA1700 Intel Core processors, and the W24IT7T-PPA2 puts this processor in an aluminum panel mount housing with a PCIe slot.
Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with an AC adapter, power cable and quick start guide supplied. The fanless metal housing with a plastic bezel runs from 0 to 50 °C, stores from -20 to 60 °C and is rated IP65 at the front. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I for shock and Method 514.6 Procedure I for vibration. It mounts on VESA or in a panel. It carries CE and FCC marks.
