Winmate W24IT7T-PTA2-ME 23.8″ Medical Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and IEC 60601-1 Compliance

Larger screens at nursing stations and treatment areas let staff read records at a glance, but the computer still has to be cleaned often and meet medical electrical standards. The W24IT7T-PTA2-ME is Winmate’s 23.8 inch healthcare panel PC for this, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive touch screen, a front IP65 rating and an antimicrobial housing with a true flat, edge-to-edge front. Winmate names patient care and data management among its uses.

It is listed for IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2, IEC 60601-1-6, IEC 62366 and ISO 14971, with EN55032/35, FCC Part 15B, ICES-003, RoHS, REACH and WEEE marks. The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, with dual-channel non-ECC SO-DIMM memory up to 64 GB and TPM 2.0. An M.2 M-key slot takes a 2242 or 2280 SATA or NVMe SSD from 128 GB up to 4 TB, and a 2.5″ SATA drive is optional. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

The 23.8″ screen shows 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles, under anti-glare PCAP multi-touch. Connections are one Gigabit and one 2.5 Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, mic in, line out and two speakers. An isolated RS-232 port is optional, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The W22IT7T-PTA3-ME is the 21.5 inch version of this healthcare panel PC, and the W24IT7T-CHA2 is a 23.8 inch chassis panel PC with the same processor.

Power is 24 V DC on a terminal block, and Winmate supplies a 24 V 150 W AC adapter with a power cord and VESA screws. The W24IT7T-PTA2-ME operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. It is fanless, IP65 rated at the front and mounts on VESA holes. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested for your system.
