FCCW27IAD7T-PCA1 Overview
Large touchscreens in control rooms, kiosks and signage points need proper processing behind them and a front that can be cleaned. The W27IAD7T-PCA1 is Winmate’s 27 inch PCAP touch panel PC, with a 27″ 1920 x 1080 display at 300 nits with 3000:1 contrast, projected capacitive multi-touch and a front IP65 rating on a true-flat, edge-to-edge face. Winmate names industrial control, interactive kiosks and digital signage as its uses.
It uses the LGA1700 socket with an Intel R680E chipset and a choice of 12th Gen Intel Core TE processors: the i5-12500TE as standard, or the i3-12100TE, i7-12700TE or i9-12900TE as options. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB (32 GB per module), storage runs from a 128 GB SSD to 4 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed.
Four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10 Gbps, two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers and one RS-232/422/485 port cover peripherals and plant links. A DisplayPort 1.4a DP++ output drives up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with HDMI 2.0b as an option, and mic-in and line-out are fitted. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The W27IAD7T-POA1 is the 27 inch open frame HMI version, and the W27IAD7T-GPA1 is the 27 inch edge AI panel PC that takes an optional NVIDIA RTX Ada GPU.
Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated 220 W is supplied with the power cord and VESA screws. The metal housing is fan cooled and VESA mounted, and runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the W27IAD7T-PCA1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
