Antaira LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24 18-Port 10G Managed M12 Ethernet Switches with 16x PoE+ (240W), 2x 10G SFP+, IP67, 24-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature Options

On machines and plant that vibrate, get wet or sit in dust, RJ45 plugs work loose and let moisture in, and a 24 V DC supply is often all the cabinet offers. The Antaira LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24 series answers with a sealed IP67 18-port managed switch that powers 16 devices over M12 connectors and sends their traffic out on 10 Gbps fiber.

Every LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24 switch has sixteen 10/100/1000 ports on 8-pin X-coded M12 female connectors with IEEE 802.3at/af PoE+ at up to 30 W, sharing a 240 W budget. Two 1G/10G SFP+ slots take multi-mode or single-mode modules for fiber uplinks. Store-and-forward switching runs on a 72 Gbps fabric with a 32K MAC table. Static routes and DHCP Option 82 sit on top of VLANs, QoS, IGMP and LACP, and ITU-T G.8032 ERPS v2 restores the ring in under 50 ms. Bypass protection on ports 8 and 16 keeps a daisy chain passing traffic if a switch loses power, and PoE scheduling, output limits and a PoE ping alarm manage each port. Redundant 24 to 55 V DC inputs arrive on a K-coded M12 connector with overload and reverse polarity protection, and a digital input and relay contact connect to site alarms.

The series comes in two temperature grades. The LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24 is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 65 °C. The LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 70 °C for outdoor and unheated installations. Within the Antaira range, the LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110 series accepts 24 to 110 V DC with a 120 W budget, the LMP-1600G-M12-67-24 series drops the SFP+ slots for an all-copper layout, and the LMX-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110 series offers the same IP67 M12 design without PoE.

Both LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-24 models are housed in sealed IP67 metal for wall mounting, with console and USB configuration backup on A-coded M12 connectors, and carry Antaira’s 5-year warranty. Antaira lists FCC and CE marks with EN 50121-3-2 and EN 50121-4 railway EMC compliance, and describes the design for applications subject to high vibration and shock in dust, liquid or gas laden environments. That makes the series a good fit for railway, heavy industrial and outdoor networks where the switch sits close to the equipment it powers rather than in a clean cabinet.
