Antaira LNP-0800G-24 8-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial PoE Switches with 8x PoE+ (240W), 9-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature Options

Vehicle systems and solar sites rarely offer a steady 48 V rail, yet the devices on them still expect full PoE+ power. The Antaira LNP-0800G-24 series is designed for that gap: industrial unmanaged PoE+ switches with eight gigabit ports, all of them PoE+, that accept anything from 9 to 55 V DC and scale their PoE budget with the supply. Antaira names factory automation, ITS (including on-vehicle), solar and security among the applications.

Every LNP-0800G-24 switch has eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 16 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC address table, 9.6 KB jumbo frames and a 4 Mbit memory buffer, so the switches pass traffic and power devices with no set-up. Power arrives on 9 to 55 V DC redundant inputs on a removable terminal block. The PoE budget depends on input voltage: 60 W at 9 V DC, 90 W at 12 V, 150 W at 24 V, 200 W at 36 V and 240 W from 48 to 55 V DC. One relay output gives a power failure warning, and Antaira builds in high EFT and ESD protection, with reverse polarity and overload current protection on the input.

There are three builds. The LNP-0800G-24 is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 65 °C, for heated or indoor cabinets. The LNP-0800G-24-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C, for unheated outdoor enclosures and cold sites. The LNP-0800G-24-T-CC adds a conformal-coated circuit board to the extended temperature build, for cabinets where dust, moisture or corrosive gases reach the electronics. For a 48 V supply with the same ports, the LNP-0800G series is the matching series.

The LNP-0800G-24 series is housed in an IP30 metal case for DIN-rail mounting, with wall-mount hardware included, and is rated for shock to IEC 60068-2-27 and vibration to IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists the standard and -T builds as UL Class 1 Division 2 and UL 61010-1 certified, and the conformal-coated build as UL 61010-1 certified, all with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance. Every build carries Antaira’s 5-year warranty. In practice, the build comes down to the lowest supply voltage on site, the coldest temperature the cabinet will see and whether the board needs coating.
