Antaira LNP-0800G-24-T 8-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial PoE Switch with 8x PoE+ (240W), 9-55V DC Input and -40 to 75 °C

Vehicle and solar systems rarely offer a clean 48 V rail, so a PoE switch for them has to accept whatever DC the site provides. The LNP-0800G-24-T is the extended temperature build in the Antaira LNP-0800G-24 series: an 8-port Gigabit unmanaged PoE+ switch for DIN-rail cabinets, with gigabit PoE+ copper for local devices and no fiber ports, for networks where every link is copper. Antaira names factory automation, ITS (including on-vehicle), solar and security among the applications.

It has eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports, every one with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward, on a 16 Gbps switching fabric with an 8K MAC address table, 9.6 KB jumbo frames and a 4 Mbit memory buffer, and IEEE 802.3x flow control. There is nothing to set up: traffic flows as soon as the switch is powered.

Power arrives on 9 to 55 V DC redundant inputs on a removable terminal block. The PoE budget depends on input voltage: 60 W at 9 V DC, 90 W at 12 V, 150 W at 24 V, 200 W at 36 V and 240 W from 48 to 55 V DC. One relay output, rated 24 V DC at 1 A, gives a power failure warning to a PLC or alarm panel. Antaira builds in high EFT and ESD protection, with reverse polarity and overload current protection on the input.

The LNP-0800G-24-T operates from -40 °C to 75 °C in an IP30 metal case for DIN-rail mounting, with wall-mount hardware included. Shock and vibration are rated to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists it as UL Class 1 Division 2 and UL 61010-1 certified, with CE and FCC marks and RoHS compliance, and it is covered by Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LNP-0800G-24-T-CC adds conformal coating at the same temperature rating, the LNP-0800G takes a 48 to 55 V DC input, and the LNP-0800-24 uses 10/100 ports on a 12 to 36 V DC input.
