Antaira LNP-1002G-SFP-24-T 10-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switch with 8x PoE+, 2x SFP, 12-55V DC Input and -40 to 75 °C

Gigabit PoE+ with fiber uplinks usually assumes a 48 V supply, which a 12 or 24 V DC cabinet does not have. The LNP-1002G-SFP-24-T is the extended temperature build in the Antaira LNP-1002G-SFP-24 series: a 10-port Gigabit unmanaged PoE+ switch for DIN-rail cabinets, with gigabit PoE+ copper for local devices and fiber for the link back to the network core. Antaira designs it for rugged, harsh industrial environments.

It has eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each, plus two 100/1000 dual-rate SFP slots, so the fiber type and reach follow the transceiver fitted. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward, on a 20 Gbps switching fabric with an 8K MAC address table, 9.6 KB jumbo frames, with IEEE 802.3x flow control and auto MDI/MDI-X on the copper ports. There is no management interface and nothing to set up, so the switch forwards traffic and powers devices as soon as it is switched on.

Power arrives on 12 to 55 V DC redundant inputs on a removable terminal block, so a second supply can take over if the first fails. A built-in voltage booster produces the PoE supply, and the budget depends on input voltage: 60 W at 12 V DC and 200 W from 36 to 55 V DC. One relay output, rated 24 V DC at 1 A, gives a power failure warning to a PLC or alarm panel. Antaira builds in high EFT and ESD protection against unregulated voltage, with reverse polarity and overload current protection on the input.

The LNP-1002G-SFP-24-T operates from -40 °C to 75 °C in an IP30 metal case for DIN-rail mounting, with wall-mount hardware included. Shock and vibration are rated to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists it as UL Class 1 Division 2 and UL 61010-1 certified, with CE and FCC marks and RoHS compliance, and it is covered by Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LNP-1002G-SFP-24 is the standard build rated -10 °C to 70 °C, the LNP-1002G-SFP takes a 48 to 55 V DC input, and the LNP-1002C-SFP-24 uses 10/100 PoE+ ports with gigabit combo uplinks.
