Antaira LNP-1002G-SFP-24 10-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switches with 8x PoE+ (200W), 2x SFP, 12-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature Options

Gigabit PoE+ with fiber uplinks usually assumes a 48 V supply, which many 12 and 24 V DC cabinets do not have. The Antaira LNP-1002G-SFP-24 series runs from 12 to 55 V DC instead: industrial unmanaged PoE+ switches with eight gigabit PoE+ ports and two dual-rate SFP slots on a 20 Gbps switching fabric, with a built-in voltage booster producing the PoE supply.

Every LNP-1002G-SFP-24 switch has eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each, plus two 100/1000 dual-rate SFP slots, so the fiber type and reach follow the transceiver fitted. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 20 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC address table, 9.6 KB jumbo frames, so the switches pass traffic and power devices with no set-up. Power arrives on 12 to 55 V DC redundant inputs on a removable terminal block. A built-in voltage booster produces the PoE supply, and the budget depends on input voltage: 60 W at 12 V DC and 200 W from 36 to 55 V DC. One relay output gives a power failure warning, and antaira builds in high EFT and ESD protection against unregulated voltage, with reverse polarity and overload current protection on the input.

The series comes in two temperature builds. The LNP-1002G-SFP-24 is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 70 °C, for heated or indoor cabinets. The LNP-1002G-SFP-24-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 75 °C, for unheated outdoor enclosures and other sites that see hard frosts. Both share the same ports, power input and PoE budget. The PoE budget depends on input voltage in both builds, so a 36 to 55 V supply gives the full 200 W.

Antaira designs the series for rugged, harsh industrial environments. The LNP-1002G-SFP-24 series is housed in an IP30 metal case for DIN-rail mounting, with wall-mount hardware included, and is rated for shock to IEC 60068-2-27 and vibration to IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists the series as UL Class 1 Division 2 and UL 61010-1 certified, with CE and FCC marks and RoHS compliance, and both builds carry Antaira’s 5-year warranty. In practice, the choice between the two builds comes down to the coldest temperature the installation will see.
