Arestech PPC-Z103PW-B61A2 10.1″ PCAP Widescreen Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Pentium N4200 and IP66/IP69K

Small machines on a hygienic line still need a computer at the screen, and a 15 inch panel PC does not always fit the guarding. The PPC-Z103PW-B61A2 is Arestech’s 10.1 inch answer: a widescreen PCAP panel PC on an Intel Pentium N4200 in 316 grade stainless steel with a completely flat front, sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a whole unit.

The Intel Pentium N4200 is a processor running at up to 2.5 GHz, with two DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM sockets for up to 8 GB and an M.2 2242 SATA socket, which suits compact HMIs on fillers, weighers and packing machines, with operating system support for Windows 10 IoT or Professional and Linux. The display is a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 widescreen LCD with an 800:1 contrast ratio and 170° viewing angles, and the projected capacitive touch screen has a 7 Mohs surface, 90% transparency and a touch on/off button so it can be cleaned without registering input.

Connections include one GbE port on an Intel i211AT controller, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232/422/485 port on M12 connectors, with a VGA output on M12. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot takes optional wireless modules with IP66 antennas. Within the same stainless family, the PPC-Z153 steps up to a 15 inch screen on the same processor.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector with AT and ATX modes. The PPC-Z103PW-B61A2 is fanless, operates from -20 °C to 60 °C at 5 to 95% humidity with extended-temperature memory and storage fitted, and is shock-tested to 20 G under IEC 60068-2-27, with CE and FCC Class A marks. It measures 310 x 210 x 79.5 mm, weighs 3.15 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA, a yoke or a wall mount.
