Arestech TPM-3610PW-B6A1 10.1″ PCAP Widescreen Stainless Steel Touch Monitor with IP66/IP69K Sealing and M12 Connectors

Small machines on a hygienic line still need an HMI that survives washdown, and a 15 or 19 inch stainless monitor does not always fit the guarding. The TPM-3610PW-B6A1 is Arestech’s 10.1 inch answer: a widescreen PCAP touch monitor in brushed 316 stainless steel with a true-flat front, sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a complete unit.

The panel is a 1280 x 800 widescreen LCD at 500 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 150° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles and a rated 50,000 hour life. The projected capacitive touch screen has a 3 Mohs surface and 80% transparency and connects over USB on an M12 connector.

VGA comes in on an M12 connector, and an HDMI input on an IP67 connector is available as an option, so the TPM-3610PW-B6A1 can be specified to match the host PC. Power is 12 to 24 V DC on M12 from a single source, drawing 9 W. For larger stations in the same stainless family, the TPM-3615 and TPM-3617 series offer 15 and 17 inch screens. The same stainless design, true-flat front and M12 connections run across the family, so a line can mix screen sizes without changing cabling practice.

The TPM-3610PW-B6A1 measures 310 x 210 x 79.5 mm and weighs 4.3 kg, and mounts on 75 or 100 mm VESA patterns or a yoke. It operates from -20 °C to 60 °C at up to 95% humidity and is tested to 20 G shock under IEC 60068-2-27 and 1 Grms random vibration under IEC 60068-2-64.
