Arestech TPM-3624PW 23.8″ Full HD PCAP Stainless Steel Touch Monitor with IP66 Sealing and M12 Connectors

Recipe screens, batch records and line overviews are easier to read on a large screen, but on a washdown line a large screen also means a large area of glass and seals to keep clean. The TPM-3624PW is Arestech’s 23.8 inch stainless steel touch monitor: a full HD PCAP display in a 316 stainless steel enclosure with a flat front, sealed to IP66, with IP69K protection offered as an option.

The panel is 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles horizontally and vertically, so data stays readable from across a production area. The projected capacitive touch screen has a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency, connects over USB on an M12 connector and has a touch on/off button so the screen can be cleaned without registering input.

VGA comes in on an M12 connector, and the specification table also lists an HDMI input on an IP67 connector. Power is 12 to 24 V DC on M12 from a single source. For smaller stations on the same line, the TPM-3621 series offers a 21.5 inch full HD screen and the TPM-3610PW-B6A1 a compact 10.1 inch widescreen.

The TPM-3624PW measures 611.4 x 380.8 x 81.3 mm and weighs 12.12 kg, and mounts on VESA. It operates from 0 °C to 60 °C at up to 95% humidity and is vibration-tested from 5 to 500 Hz at 2.16 Grms, which suits production halls rather than cold rooms.
