Arestech SB-5825B Intel Core Ultra 5 225U IP66 Waterproof Computer with M12 I/O and Intel NPU

Farm machinery, construction plant and roadside cabinets expose a computer to rain, dust and water jets, and a standard box PC inside a sealed enclosure brings its own heat and cabling problems. The Arestech SB-5825B is an IP66 waterproof computer on the Intel Core Ultra 5 225U, with every working connection on M12 or IP67 connectors, aimed at mining and construction equipment, agriculture and smart farming, smart transportation and traffic systems, and food and beverage manufacturing.

The Core Ultra 5 225U is fitted on the board, with Intel Graphics and an integrated NPU for local inference alongside the CPU cores. Dual-channel DDR5 at 5600 or 6400 MHz reaches 96 GB across two SO-DIMM sockets, and TPM 2.0 is fitted on the board. Storage is an M.2 2280 M-Key slot with PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA III plus a 2.5″ SATA SSD, with RAID 0/1.

Two 2.5GbE ports arrive on M12, along with one isolated RS-422/485 and one isolated RS-232 port sharing a single M12, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12, a four-in, four-out GPIO connector and the DC input. Two HDMI outputs up to 7680 x 4320 and one USB 3.2 Gen2 port sit on IP67 connectors, so a sealed display or service laptop can connect without breaking the rating. Isolated CAN 2.0B on M12 is optional, and a full-size mini-PCIe slot with an IP67 nano-SIM holder and an M.2 E-Key slot take optional 4G and Wi-Fi modules with IP66 antennas.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector with AT and ATX modes. The SB-5825B runs fanless from -20 °C to 60 °C, is tested under IEC 60068 for vibration and shock, carries CE and FCC Class A marks and wall mounts.
