ASRock Industrial iEP-7050E-021 Intel Panther Lake Core Ultra X7 358H Fanless DIN-Rail PC with PoE and 2.5GbE

IP cameras, scanners and small sensors near a machine often need power and data on one cable, and a separate PoE switch adds another box to the cabinet. The ASRock Industrial iEP-7050E-021 is the PoE build of the iEP-7050E series, with two IEEE 802.3af ports supplying up to 15.4 W each, so the fanless DIN-rail PC can power those devices directly.

The Intel Core Ultra X7 358H is a 16-core Panther Lake-H processor rated at 25 W, with integrated Intel graphics and an NPU for dedicated AI acceleration, so the iEP-7050E-021 can run edge AI inference next to control and data-collection software. Two DDR5 7200 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 128 GB with Intel In-Band ECC, and an M.2 2280 Key M socket on PCIe Gen5 takes NVMe storage Intel TCC and TSN support suit time-sensitive workloads, and Windows 11 and Ubuntu 26.04 LTS are supported.

In total there are eight LAN ports. The front carries three Intel I226-IT 2.5GbE ports and three Intel I210-IT Gigabit ports, and the two Intel I210-AT PoE ports sit on the top with their own status LEDs. One HDMI 2.1b output and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports complete the front, and the top adds one RS-232/422/485 port and 4DI/4DO on a D-sub connector. An M.2 Key E socket takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, and TPM 2.0, a watchdog timer and chassis intrusion detection are built in.

Power is 19 to 36 V DC on two three-pin terminal blocks for redundant feeds, with over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current protection plus 80 V surge protection, and an optional 120 W adapter. The iEP-7050E-021 runs fanless from -25 °C to 60 °C with airflow, is tested to 5 Grms vibration and 100 G shock with SSD, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. Mounting is wall or DIN rail. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, NVMe storage and the OS image fitted. The iEP-7050E-020 drops PoE for the wider 9 V input, and the iEP-7040E-021 offers PoE on an Arrow Lake-H Core Ultra 7.
