ASRock Industrial IMB-1247 Intel Core Ultra 200S Q870 Mini-ITX Embedded Motherboard with Thunderbolt 4, 2.5GbE and vPro

Equipment that is managed from a central IT team often needs out-of-band access as well as current processing. The ASRock Industrial IMB-1247 is a Q870 Mini-ITX embedded motherboard for Intel Core Ultra 200S processors, with Intel vPro and AMT, onboard TPM 2.0 and Thunderbolt 4. It can suit machine control, vision and inspection, and medical or test equipment builds where remote management matters.

The LGA1851 socket takes Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake-S) processors up to 65 W, with Intel Xe LPG graphics. Two DDR5 sockets run at 6400 MHz with CSO-DIMM or 5600 MHz with SO-DIMM and take up to 128 GB. Windows 11 and Linux are supported, and the IMB-1247 drives up to four displays at once.

Rear I/O covers two HDMI 2.1 outputs, one DisplayPort 1.4a, a USB4 and Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port with DisplayPort 2.1, five USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, audio and two RS-232/422/485 ports. Networking is an Intel I219LM 1GbE port with vPro and an Intel I226V 2.5GbE port. Inside are two more RS-232 ports, 4x GPI and 4x GPO, LVDS or eDP, two USB 3.2 Gen1 and two USB 2.0. A PCIe x16 Gen5 slot supports riser bifurcation, two M.2 M key sockets run at PCIe Gen4 x4 and three SATA3 ports support VMD RAID. M.2 E key and B key sockets take optional Wi-Fi and 4G or 5G modules, with a SIM slot on the B key.

Power is ATX 24+4-pin or +12 V DC on a 4-pin connector, in AT or ATX mode. The board is rated from -20 °C to 70 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the IMB-1247 with the processor, memory and storage fitted and tested, on its own or built into a complete system. The IMB-1246 is the H810 board without vPro, and the IMB-1249-WV keeps Q870 with a 12 to 28 V DC input on a slimmer board.
