ASRock Industrial SBC-374 3.5″ SBC with LGA1851 Socket for Intel Core Ultra Meteor Lake-PS, Quad Display and 2.5GbE

Some equipment builders want to set the processor themselves, matching cores and power to the job rather than taking a soldered part. The ASRock Industrial SBC-374 is a 3.5″ SBC with an LGA1851 socket for Intel Core Ultra Meteor Lake-PS processors up to 45 W, and it follows the socketed approach of the SBC-372.

The SBC-374 supports the Core Ultra 7 165HL and 155HL and the Core Ultra 5 135HL and 125HL, and we fit the CPU to order. These processors include an NPU rated at 11 TOPS and Intel Xe LPG graphics, which suits light inference next to vision or HMI software. One DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 48 GB. Intel vPro is supported, a TPM 2.0 chip is on board, and Windows 11 and Linux are supported.

Networking is one Intel I219LM Gigabit port with vPro and one Intel I226V 2.5GbE port. Up to four displays run from HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4a with DP++, DisplayPort through the USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port, and LVDS or eDP. The rear adds two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 ports, and internal headers carry four USB 2.0, two RS-232/422/485 COM ports, four GPI and four GPO and a MIPI camera header. Storage is an M.2 M key socket on PCIe x4 Gen4 and one SATA3 port, and an M.2 E key takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

Power is 12 to 28 V DC on a four-pin wafer, with AT and ATX modes. The board is rated from -20 °C to 70 °C operating and -40 °C to 85 °C storage, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the SBC-374 configured and tested, with the CPU, DDR5 memory, storage and the OS image fitted. The SBC-375P has a soldered Core Ultra 7 155H with a PCIe x1 slot and 4G or 5G M.2, and the SBC-377E moves to Panther Lake with In-Band ECC.
