AVerMedia D315AOP-1 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Rugged Edge AI Computer with Fanless Cooling, 5G Options and 10GbE

A connected robot or inspection station in a dusty building needs both a cellular link and cooling that will not clog. The AVerMedia D315AOP-1 is the fanless box PC in the D315-1 series, pairing an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module with an M.2 B-key socket for optional 4G or 5G. The D315AOB-1 adds a fan for a wider -25 °C to 65 °C rating, and the D315AOP keeps the mPCIe arrangement of the original D315.

The D315AOP-1 takes a Jetson AGX Orin 32GB, AGX Orin 64GB or AGX Orin Industrial 64GB module, with JetPack 5 and JetPack 6.2 builds on Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04. Passive cooling sets the envelope: -25 °C to 50 °C operating with the 32GB module and -25 °C to 40 °C with the 64GB module, so the 32GB build is often the better match for warmer cabinets. A 120-pin connector takes MIPI SerDes cameras over GMSL2, FPD-Link III or V-by-One HS through an optional adapter board.

Cellular runs through an M.2 B-key 3042/3052 socket with Micro SIM, so an optional 4G LTE or 5G module fits directly. An M.2 E-key 2230 socket takes optional Wi-Fi 6E, an M.2 M-key 2280 socket holds an NVMe SSD or capture card and a PCIe x16 slot at x8 signal takes a further card. One 10GbE and one GbE RJ45 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0 at 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, an Intel HD Audio connector, a CAN bus terminal block and the 40-pin header complete the I/O.

Power is 12-54 V DC on a locking DC jack or ATX 4-pin input, and an out-of-band module is optional. AVerMedia lists CE, FCC, VCCI and KC marks. We supply the D315AOP-1 with the Jetson module fitted, JetPack flashed, storage installed and any optional 4G/5G or Wi-Fi module and antennas fitted, then tested before it ships.
