AVerMedia D315AOB-2 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Industrial AI Computer with Out-of-Band Management, 10GbE and PCIe x16 Slot

A box PC on a remote AMR fleet or a distant inspection gantry is only useful while you can reach it. The AVerMedia D315AOB-2 is the fan-cooled box PC in the D315-2 series, built on the D315-2 carrier board with full out-of-band management. The D315AOB-1 is the closer match where optional out-of-band power control is enough and JetPack 5 builds matter.

The D315AOB-2 takes a Jetson AGX Orin 32GB, AGX Orin 64GB or AGX Orin Industrial 64GB module, flashed with JetPack 6.2 on Ubuntu 22.04. Internal MIPI camera inputs take GMSL2, FPD-Link III or V-by-One HS cameras, and AVerMedia lists support for the Stereolabs ZED Link Quad capture card. AVerMedia’s ordering options add an ERMI RMII board or an eight-port GMSL board, which suits multi-camera perception on robots.

Out-of-band management runs through a dedicated header, so the box can be managed remotely if the operating system stops responding. Cellular runs through an M.2 B-key 3042/3052 socket with Micro SIM for an optional 4G LTE or 5G module, an M.2 E-key 2230 socket takes optional Wi-Fi 6E and an M.2 M-key 2280 socket holds an NVMe SSD. A PCIe x16 slot at x8 signal, one 10GbE and one GbE RJ45 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI, a micro-SD slot, a CAN bus terminal block and the 40-pin header complete the I/O.

Power is 12-54 V DC on a locking DC jack or ATX 4-pin input, with auto power-on or button start. The box is rated from -25 °C to 65 °C operating and to 95% humidity at 40 °C non-condensing, with flanges for mounting, and AVerMedia lists CE, FCC and KC marks. We supply the D315AOB-2 with the Jetson module fitted, JetPack flashed, storage installed and any optional 4G/5G or Wi-Fi module and antennas fitted, then tested before it ships.
