Giada DF614-100U Intel Core 3 100U Fanless Digital Signage Player with 8K Output and Dual LAN

Signage in dusty shopfronts, kiosks and back-of-house cabinets runs longer without a fan pulling air through it. The Giada DF614-100U is the Core 3 100U build of the DF614 series, a fanless signage player with an 8K DisplayPort and two 4K HDMI outputs. The DF614-120U uses the ten-core Core 5 120U in the same chassis, and the D614-100U is the fan-cooled book-size option with four HDMI outputs.

The Intel Core 3 100U is part of the Core Series 1 (Raptor Lake-U Refresh) range, with six cores, eight threads and 15 W base power. Intel Graphics supports DirectX 12.1, OpenGL 4.6 and OpenCL 3.0 and decodes 8K HEVC and VP9 content at 60 fps in hardware. Two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots take up to 96 GB, and an M.2 2242/2280 slot with PCIe 4.0 x4 holds the SSD.

The DisplayPort drives up to 7680 x 4320 at 60 Hz and each HDMI port up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz, for three displays at once. Two GbE RJ45 ports run on Intel i219-LM and Realtek RTL8111H controllers, so content and control networks can stay apart. I/O adds four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB Type-C port, one RS232 port, one RS232/422/485 port and separate mic-in and line-out jacks. An E-Key M.2 slot takes an optional Wi-Fi card, and a B-Key M.2 3042 slot with SIM takes an optional Quectel EM05 4G module.

The DF614-100U runs from a 19 V DC adapter, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at up to 95% humidity (non-condensing) and lists CE, FCC Class B and UKCA marks. A watchdog timer, auto power on and RTC wake scheduling suit unattended screens, TPM 2.0 is optional, and an optional wall-mount kit fixes it in a cabinet or behind a display. We supply it with memory, storage and a Windows 11 or Linux image installed and tested before it ships.
