Giada VM27-N6211 Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 Fanless Signage Player with Dual Display

Signage in hotels, offices and retail often needs a player that is silent, easy to mount and dependable through long daily schedules. The Giada VM27-N6211 is a fanless signage player in the VM27 series for those screens, using the Intel Celeron N6211 from the Elkhart Lake family.

The Celeron N6211 has two cores at up to 3.0 GHz and a 6.5 W TDP, with Intel UHD Graphics for 4K playback. Memory is 4 GB of onboard LPDDR4-2666, with 8 GB as an option, and the operating system and content live on 64 GB of onboard eMMC 5.1, with 32 GB as an option. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket accepts an mSATA drive for extra space. The VM27-N6210 uses the Celeron N6210 at up to 2.6 GHz, and the VM27-N6415 has four cores.

HDMI and DisplayPort outputs each reach 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, so the VM27-N6211 can run two screens with different content. Four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports at 10 Gbps, a DB9 RS232 port and separate microphone and audio-out jacks cover touch, control and sound. A Realtek gigabit Ethernet port handles content updates, and an M.2 E-Key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6 card. Remote power on, watchdog, auto power on and a real-time clock help the player run unattended.

The VM27-N6211 is fanless, runs from a 19 V DC input and is rated from 0 °C to 45 °C at up to 95% humidity, non-condensing. It carries CE, FCC Class B and UKCA marks, and a VESA kit is optional. Things Embedded supplies the VM27-N6211 with a Windows 11 or Linux image installed on its onboard storage and the player tested before it ships.
