IGT-33V Overview
Pressure transducers, level sensors, potentiometers and many process instruments still report as a 0 to 10 V signal, and reading them usually means a separate data acquisition module next to the gateway. The Neousys IGT-33V builds the analog inputs into an IoT gateway that mounts on a DIN rail: eight 16-bit channels that each take 0 to 10 V, ±5 V or ±10 V. It is the voltage input version of the IGT-30 series.
The IGT-33V reads at ±0.1% of full scale at 25 °C and ±0.3% at 0 °C and 60 °C, and every channel is sampled at 100 Hz. A Texas Instruments Sitara AM3352, a single Arm Cortex-A8 core at 1 GHz, with 1 GB of DDR3L memory and Debian 9 pre-installed handles scaling, logging and forwarding, and Neousys supplies a shared library for reading the inputs from user programs.
Alongside the analog inputs are two digital inputs, six digital outputs, a software-configurable RS-232/422/485 port and a separate RS-485 port for Modbus instruments, with a USB 2.0 port and an RS-232 console port. Two 10/100 LAN ports give separate machine and plant networks, and one of them accepts IEEE 802.3at PoE+, so the IGT-33V can run from a single cable or from 12 to 25 V DC. A full-size mini PCIe socket with an internal SIM slot takes a 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi module.
The IoT gateway runs from -25 °C to 70 °C, with a wide temperature microSD card needed below 0 °C, and meets CE and FCC Class A to EN 55032 and EN 55024 in a 43 x 77 x 104 mm case. For 4 to 20 mA current loops, the IGT-34C is the matching version, and the IGT-30D trades the analog inputs for eight isolated digital inputs.

Official Neousys USA Distributor
Things Embedded is an official Neousys USA distributor, a range that includes Arm gateways, DIN rail PCs and ultra-compact x86 embedded computers. The IGT-20 covers digital I/O and serial on a single-LAN gateway with an external SIM socket, and the POC-40 is an Intel Atom Elkhart Lake ultra-compact embedded PC for sites where the analysis needs more than a single Arm core.
Across our catalog, the IGT-33V sits with our IoT gateways for edge data collection and our Sitara AM335x systems, a group built around TI Arm processors with long availability. Rated from -25 °C to 70 °C with a wide temperature microSD card, it also appears among our extended-temperature computers for outdoor enclosures.
