Neousys Jemii-150A NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano Mini-ITX Carrier Board, 5x GbE, Supplied Without Module

Retail and transport vision projects often start on an Orin Nano Developer Kit, then need a board that fits a standard case and power supply without new BSP work. The Jemii-150A is the non-PoE variant of the Neousys Jemii-150 Mini-ITX carrier board for Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules, supplied without module.

The Jemii-150A takes the Orin NX 16GB or 8GB and the Orin Nano 8GB or 4GB, and Neousys lists it as Super Mode-enabled. It is 100% BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit and flashes directly from NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases, so software developed on the kit carries over. Storage is an M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot at PCIe Gen4 x1 with an Orin NX module, or Gen3 with an Orin Nano. A PCIe Gen3 x4 slot takes Ethernet, USB 3.0, PoE or DIO cards.

Networking is four GbE ports on an Intel I350-AM4 controller and one GbE port from the module; the Jemii-150A has no PoE, so cameras run from a separate PoE switch, or the Jemii-150A-PoE adds PoE++ on the same ATX supply. The rear panel also carries two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, a USB Type-C OTG port, DisplayPort at 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, a hardware-configurable RS-232/422/485 port, three isolated digital inputs and three isolated digital outputs, and an audio jack for mic-in and speaker-out. Internal headers add two USB 3.2 Gen1, I2C and a debug UART.

The Jemii-150A runs from a standard ATX supply and is rated from -25 to 70 °C, with CE and FCC Class A EMC compliance. Allxon out-of-band remote management is built in, which helps when units sit in shop fittings or roadside cabinets. The board has two chassis fan connectors and a module fan connector, and Neousys offers a cooler kit for Orin NX and Orin Nano modules.
