Indoor autonomous mobile robots need a Jetson board that runs from the vehicle battery, talks to motor controllers over CAN and powers its own cameras. The Jemii-150D-PoE is the DC-powered variant of the Neousys Jemii-150 Mini-ITX carrier board for Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules, supplied without module.
The Jemii-150D-PoE takes the Orin NX 16GB or 8GB and the Orin Nano 8GB or 4GB, and Neousys lists it as Super Mode-enabled. It is 100% BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit and flashes directly from NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases, so navigation and perception software developed on the kit carries over. Storage is an M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot at PCIe Gen4 x1 with an Orin NX module, or Gen3 with an Orin Nano, and a PCIe Gen3 x4 slot takes Ethernet, USB 3.0, PoE or DIO cards.
Power comes in at 9-32 V DC on a terminal block, and Neousys offers a 160 W AC-DC adapter for bench use. A CAN 2.0 pin header, unique to the Jemii-150D-PoE in the series, links the board to drive and battery controllers. Four GbE ports on an Intel I350-AM4 controller supply IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ with up to 90 W on one port and 100 W in total, for depth and vision cameras, and a fifth GbE port comes from the module. The rear panel adds two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, USB Type-C OTG, DisplayPort at 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, an RS-232/422/485 port and three isolated digital inputs and outputs.
An internal RS-232 header, I2C and a debug UART cover sensors and service access. The Jemii-150D-PoE is rated from -25 to 70 °C with CE and FCC Class A EMC compliance. Unlike the Jemii-150A-PoE, it does not include Allxon out-of-band management.
