Neousys NRU-230V-AWP-JAO64 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB IP66 Outdoor Computer with 8x GMSL2 and 10GbE

Surround-view and multi-camera perception on industrial vehicles and outdoor AMRs usually means many automotive cameras, and an enclosure that tolerates rain, dust and water spray. The Neousys NRU-230V-AWP-JAO64 brings eight GMSL2 inputs and the 64 GB Jetson AGX Orin to an IP66 outdoor computer, so the cameras plug straight into sealed connectors. It is the 64 GB, GMSL2-equipped model in the NRU-230V-AWP / NRU-240S-AWP series.

The NRU-230V-AWP-JAO64 runs the 64 GB Jetson AGX Orin, with an NVIDIA Ampere GPU, Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU cores and 64 GB of LPDDR5 at 3200 MHz. Neousys quotes up to 275 sparse INT8 TOPS and up to twenty-two 1080p video streams transcoded at once, which gives room for larger models or several networks running in parallel. JetPack is bundled, 64 GB of eMMC 5.1 sits on the module, and an M.2 2280 NVMe socket on PCIe Gen4 x2 plus two internal SATA ports for 2.5-inch SSDs add recording space.

Eight waterproof FAKRA Z connectors take GMSL2 cameras, and the waterproof Type-C port carries USB 3.2 and a 4K DisplayPort output for real-time surround-view displays. The front panel adds four Intel I350 Gigabit ports with 802.3at PoE+ from a 100 W budget for IP or GigE cameras, an M12 10GbE port, two isolated CAN 2.0 ports, isolated RS-485, RS-232 and a GPS PPS input. Two mini PCIe sockets and an M.2 B key socket with dual micro SIM take Wi-Fi 6, GNSS, 4G LTE or 5G modules.

Power is 8 V to 48 V DC with ignition control on an M12 L-coded connector, so the NRU-230V-AWP-JAO64 starts and stops with a vehicle. It runs from -25 °C to 70 °C in 30 W TDP mode without 10GbE or PoE load, from -25 °C to 60 °C at full function, and holds its 60 W MAXN mode without throttling at 55 °C. This outdoor computer is IP66 waterproof and dustproof and tested to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration. The NRU-230V-AWP-JAOi extends the range to -40 °C.
