Neousys Nuvo-9650AWP Intel 14th/13th/12th Gen Core IP66 Waterproof PCs with M12
The Neousys NUVO-9650AWP series is a family of IP66 waterproof PCs built on Intel 14th/13th/12th Gen Core LGA1700 processors. Each model has four M12 X-coded Ethernet ports with a PoE+ option, a waterproof USB Type-C port with DisplayPort output, isolated serial ports and an 8 to 48 V DC input with ignition control. The NUVO-9650AWP series suits mining trucks, farm vehicles, port equipment and other outdoor installs.
- IP66 Sealed Chassis: Dustproof and protected against powerful water jets, with every external port on an M12 or waterproof Type-C connector.
- Intel 14th/13th/12th Gen Core: Socketed LGA1700 processors up to the Core i9-14900 on the H610E chipset, with DDR5-4800 up to 128 GB.

Nuvo-9650AWP Description
Outdoor and vehicle projects often end up building a sealed box around an ordinary industrial computer, with glands, filters and a heater, and that enclosure can cost as much as the computer. Neousys designed the NUVO-9650AWP to remove that step: an IP66 waterproof PC with every external connection on a sealed M12 or waterproof Type-C connector, at a price aimed at budget-conscious projects.
Inside, the NUVO-9650AWP takes socketed Intel 14th/13th/12th Gen Core processors on the H610E chipset, up to the Core i9-14900 with 24 cores and 32 threads, and two DDR5-4800 SODIMMs up to 128 GB with dTPM 2.0. Storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe socket at PCIe Gen4 x4 plus two internal SATA ports for 2.5-inch drives. Two mini PCIe sockets and an M.2 B key socket with a SIM slot take Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G modules, so the sealed chassis does not need opening to add a link. The waterproof Type-C port carries USB 3.2 Gen1 and DisplayPort at up to 4096 x 2304, and VGA plus two USB 2.0 ports sit on M12 A-coded connectors.
Two models make up the series. The NUVO-9650AWP has three 2.5GbE ports and one GbE port on M12 X-coded connectors for cameras and sensors with their own power, with DC input on an A-coded M12. The NUVO-9650AWP-PoE adds 802.3at PoE+ on all four ports from a 100 W budget and moves the power input to an L-coded M12, so exposed cameras run from one sealed cable each.
Both NUVO-9650AWP models share an isolated RS-232 port and an isolated RS-422/485 port on M12, an 8 to 48 V DC input with built-in ignition power control, and a 225 x 286 x 90 mm chassis weighing 5.25 kg. Neousys rates them from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors, or with 65 W parts in 35 W mode, and tests vibration and shock to MIL-STD-810H. The combination suits these waterproof PCs to mining and farming vehicles, port equipment and outdoor installs where dust, rain, salt and water jets are daily conditions. Wall mounting is optional, and optional M12 cable kits from Neousys convert the sealed ports to RJ45, USB, VGA and DB9 for installation.

Official Neousys USA Distributor
Things Embedded is an official Neousys USA distributor, and the NUVO-9650AWP is the Neousys IP66 option for full Core processors at a moderate cost. The POC-766AWP goes further on sealing with an IP67 rating in a smaller unit built around the Intel Core i3-N305. For IP69K washdown and GPU inference, the SEMIL-2000GC adds an NVIDIA L4 card, and indoor projects can use the NUVO-9531 with the same processor range. Each of these shares the M12 approach to sealed cabling where it is exposed.
