Stereolabs ZED-X-ONE-S-NO-LENS (ZED-411012) Full HD Mini GMSL2 Camera with No Lens, Global Shutter and Hardware Sync

Some robot designs need an optic that no catalog lens provides: an unusual working distance, a specific aperture or a lens already qualified on another product. The Stereolabs ZED-X-ONE-S-NO-LENS is the no-lens build of the ZED-X-ONE-S series, giving you the small global shutter camera body and GMSL2 link without a fitted lens. Where a standard optic will do, the ZED-X-ONE-S-NARROW, ZED-X-ONE-S-WIDE and ZED-X-ONE-S-FISHEYE arrive with 4.6 mm, 2.2 mm and 1.38 mm lenses.

The 1/2.6″ 2.3MP sensor has 3 µm pixels and a recommended lens chief ray angle of 0° ± 3°, the figure to match when you choose a lens. Its global shutter exposes every pixel at once, so pick-and-place moves and fast end-effector motion stay free of skew. Output runs at 1920 x 1200 at 60 fps, 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps in cropping mode or 960 x 600 at 120 fps in binning mode, with 71.4 dB dynamic range and a Bosch BMI088 six-axis IMU at 200 Hz.

A lockable FAKRA Z connector carries GMSL2 video and power over coax runs of up to 15 m to an NVIDIA Jetson Orin host on Jetson Linux (L4T) v35.1 or newer. Hardware synchronization within 15 microseconds keeps several ZED-X-ONE-S-NO-LENS cameras in step for multi-camera layouts. The ZED-LINK-DUO captures up to four GMSL2 cameras in SD or HD, on a Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX or AGX Orin.

Power arrives over the GMSL2 cable at a typical 0.89 W, with a 5 to 20 V supply rating. The camera is rated from -20 °C to 60 °C, at up to 90% relative humidity at 40 °C, and rated for 2g RMS vibration from 3 to 500 Hz. It mounts on M2 threads at the front and base, with an adapter plate, front mount and bottom mount offered as optional accessories. CE, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, EMC and FCC compliance is listed, with a two-year warranty. We supply it tested with the GMSL2 cables, capture card and Jetson host it will run on.
