Vecow ACS-1300-OOB Qualcomm IQ-9075 In-Vehicle AI Computer with TVI and GMSL Cameras, OOB Management and Extended Temperature

Mixed camera fleets, with legacy TVI cameras and newer GMSL cameras on the same vehicle, are often spread across many sites. The Vecow ACS-1300-OOB is the ACS-1000 series in-vehicle AI computer with four TVI and eight GMSL camera inputs plus a fitted Allxon out-of-band module, so each unit can be managed remotely.

Inside, the ACS-1300-OOB runs the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-9075 module, with an octa-core Kryo Gen 6 CPU, an Adreno 663 GPU and 36 GB of LPDDR5 on board, and Vecow rates the IQ9 at up to 100 TOPS of AI performance. That headroom can run detection on every camera stream on board rather than over a mobile link. Storage starts with 128 GB of UFS on board, and the system runs Qualcomm Linux on a Yocto-based BSP.

The camera side carries four TVI analog camera inputs on M12 connectors and eight GMSL camera inputs on mini Fakra-Z connectors. Networking is two 2.5GbE ports and four Gigabit PoE+ ports on an Intel I350 controller, so IP cameras can draw power from the computer itself. Three DisplayPort outputs, two USB 3.1 Type A ports, two RS-232/422/485 COM ports, two isolated CAN FD ports and 16-bit isolated DIO cover driver screens, the vehicle bus and on-board signals. Expansion is M.2 NVMe on PCIe x4, two M.2 Key B sockets with two nano SIMs for optional 5G or 4G LTE, an M.2 Key E socket for optional Wi-Fi, two front-access SSD trays and micro SD.

Power is 9 to 50 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with 16-mode software ignition control so the ACS-1300-OOB starts and shuts down with the vehicle. It runs fanless from -40 °C to 70 °C, with MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration, CE and FCC marks and a design to EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 requirements. The fitted Allxon out-of-band module gives a management path separate from the main system, and a voltage and current sensor reports the DC input to it. For a different camera mix, the ACS-1300 is the same mixed-camera build without the module, and the ACS-1100-OOB is the all-TVI version with out-of-band management.
