Vecow ACS-1000 Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ9 In-Vehicle AI Computers with Up to 100 TOPS, GMSL or TVI Cameras and PoE+

Camera-heavy vehicles rarely have one kind of camera. A bus or truck fleet may carry analog TVI cameras fitted years ago, a test vehicle may carry a full set of GMSL automotive cameras, and both need inference on board rather than over a mobile link. The Vecow ACS-1000 series is a family of fanless in-vehicle AI computers on the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-9075, rated at up to 100 TOPS, offered in TVI, GMSL and mixed camera builds, each with or without a fitted Allxon out-of-band module.

Every ACS-1000 model shares the same core: an octa-core Kryo Gen 6 CPU, an Adreno 663 GPU, 36 GB of LPDDR5 and 128 GB of UFS on board, running Qualcomm Linux on a Yocto-based BSP. Networking is two 2.5GbE ports and four Gigabit PoE+ ports on an Intel I350, so IP cameras can run from the computer. Three DisplayPort outputs, two USB 3.1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 COM ports, two isolated CAN FD ports and 16-bit isolated DIO cover screens and vehicle signals. Expansion is M.2 NVMe on PCIe x4, two M.2 Key B sockets with two nano SIMs for optional 5G or 4G LTE, an M.2 Key E socket for optional Wi-Fi and two front-access SSD trays.

The ACS-1100 takes eight TVI analog cameras on M12 connectors, for fleets keeping their existing cameras, and the ACS-1100-OOB adds the Allxon out-of-band module. The ACS-1200 carries 16 GMSL inputs on mini Fakra-Z connectors for surround-view and perception work, with the ACS-1200-OOB as its remotely managed version. The ACS-1300 mixes four TVI inputs with eight GMSL inputs, for vehicles moving from analog to GMSL, and the ACS-1300-OOB pairs that mix with the out-of-band module.

In practice the ACS-1000 series suits buses and coaches, trucks and service vehicles, rolling stock and autonomy test fleets. Power is 9 to 50 V DC with 16-mode software ignition control, and every model runs fanless from -40 °C to 70 °C, with MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration, CE and FCC marks and a design to EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 requirements. Vecow offers an optional TPM and a voltage and current sensor on the DC input, and every model is wall mounted. TVI camera kits on M12 and GMSL camera kits on mini Fakra-Z are available from Vecow as accessories.
