Vecow ECS-4700F-PoER-1370PE Intel Core i7-1370PE EN 60945 Marine Computer with 4x PoE+ and Dual SSD Trays

Onboard vision and recording systems on a vessel tend to fail in two places: the processor runs out of headroom when another camera is added, and a failed drive means opening the enclosure at sea. The ECS-4700F-PoER-1370PE answers both. It is the 14-core marine computer in the Vecow ECS-4700 series, with fan-assisted cooling, four PoE+ ports and two front-access SSD trays in an EN 60945 compliant design.

The 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1370PE in the ECS-4700F-PoER-1370PE is a 14-core Raptor Lake-P processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics, giving enough threads to decode several camera streams while running analytics through the Intel OpenVINO toolkit. Vecow pairs it with two DDR5 5200 MHz SO-DIMM slots for up to 96 GB, and Intel vPro, TSN, TCC and TPM 2.0 support remote management, deterministic networking and hardware-based security. Up to four 4K displays run from two DisplayPort 1.4a outputs, HDMI 2.0 and the USB-C port.

Networking pairs two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with four GbE PoE+ ports on Intel I350, each rated to 25.5 W within a 35 W total budget, so IP cameras and sensors run from the ECS-4700F-PoER-1370PE itself. Two front-access 2.5″ SSD trays with software RAID 0 or 1 sit alongside an M.2 Key M PCIe x4 slot, so recorded data can be removed and replaced in minutes. Four RS-232/422/485 COM ports, 16 isolated DIO, USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C at 20 Gbps and M.2 Key B and Key E sockets for 5G, 4G or Wi-Fi with a nano SIM cover the remaining I/O.

The fan-assisted F chassis is 54.9 mm tall and runs from -25 °C to 75 °C on redundant 9-50 V DC inputs with 16-mode software ignition control. EN 60945, EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings, with vibration to IEC 60068-2-64 and shock to IEC 60068-2-27, support approval on vessels and rolling stock. Where fanless operation matters more than the i7-1370PE, the ECS-4700-PoER-1365UE keeps the trays without the fan.
