Winmate FM14MG-V 14″ IP65 Android Vehicle Mount Terminal with MediaTek Genio 510 and Bonded FHD Display

On loading docks, yards and open-sided trucks, glare is often what makes a vehicle terminal hard to use, and a larger, sharper screen helps when drivers work from maps or detailed load plans. The FM14MG-V is Winmate’s 14 inch IP65 Android vehicle mount terminal for that work, with a MediaTek Genio 510 and a 14″ full HD display. Winmate names warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations as its intended uses.

The MediaTek Genio 510 pairs two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz with 4 GB of memory, 64 GB of storage and a microSD slot. Android 13 is standard, with Linux Yocto 5.10 with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The 1920 x 1080 PCAP display runs at 700 nits with 800:1 contrast and 85 degree viewing angles, and Winmate optically bonds the panel for sunlight viewability, which typically cuts internal reflections. Four programmable function buttons sit beside the screen, and the front and rear modules are replaceable to keep servicing simple. That gives the FM14MG-V room for map-based route planning and detailed load screens.

I/O covers a Gigabit LAN port that can be specified as 30 W 802.3at PSE for a camera, USB 2.0 Type-C OTG and Type-A ports and two RS-232/422/485 ports on DB9, with optional CANBus and either audio or two-in, two-out DIDO. WLAN and Bluetooth are built in, with 4G/LTE and GPS/GLONASS as options. Within the Winmate range the FM14E-V is the 14 inch bonded FHD terminal with an Intel Atom x6425E for Windows fleets, and the FM14Q9 is a 14″ Android tablet and dock with a Qualcomm QCS6490 and Android 15.

Power is 10 to 60 V DC with ignition control, covering 12, 24 and 48 V vehicles, and an optional UPS battery gives 20 minutes of backup. The aluminum housing is rated IP65 and IK07, is compliant with MIL-STD-810H Methods 516.8 and 514.8, runs from -30 to 60 °C and fits VESA mounts. Winmate lists CE, FCC, IC (ICES-003), UL60950-1, EN60950-1 and PTCRB. We supply the FM14MG-V configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
