Winmate IBDRW100-EL Intel Celeron N6211 Fanless DIN-Rail Box PC with 9 to 36V DC

Control cabinets fill up quickly, and a computer that clips onto the DIN rail beside the PLC saves both space and wiring. The IBDRW100-EL is Winmate’s fanless DIN-rail box PC for factory automation, with an Intel Celeron N6211, four 2.5GbE ports and isolated I/O in an aluminum housing rated -20 to 60 °C.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with one DDR4 SO-DIMM slot, 4 GB as standard and 8 GB as an option. That is typically enough for protocol conversion, data logging and cabinet-side HMI or gateway software. Storage is a SATA SSD on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, 128 GB as standard with options to 2 TB, with an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 are available.

The IBDRW100-EL has four 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and one USB 2.0 port, one RS-232/422/485 port and one isolated RS-422/485 port on DB9, isolated 5 V digital I/O with nine inputs and nine outputs on a terminal block (30 V versions optional), VGA, and mic, line-in and line-out audio. An M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi. Within the Winmate range the IBDRW100-EX is the Class I Division 2 DIN-rail model with an Intel Celeron N2930, and the IRDRW500 is a DIN-rail box PC with a 13th Gen Core i5-1335U and an optional Hailo-8 module.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. Vibration is tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8, with shock testing to Method 516.8 optional. It carries CE, FCC, IC and UL/CSA 62368-1 marks. We supply the IBDRW100-EL configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
