Winmate ITMH100-EX Intel Core i5-1135G7 Class I Division 2 Embedded Computer with Wide Temperature

Computers in classified locations need a hazardous-area rating before anything else is discussed. The ITMH100-EX is Winmate’s fanless Class I Division 2 box PC for oil and gas, chemical processing and other hazardous-area operations, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a -20 to 60 °C operating range.

The certification row lists Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D, temperature class T5, and compliance with ATEX Zone 2, alongside CE and FCC. The Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics, and memory sits in two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots, two 4 GB modules as standard with 16 or 32 GB as options. Storage is an NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, 128 to 512 GB, plus an optional 2.5″ SSD of 256 to 512 GB in a swappable bay. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The ITMH100-EX has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel I211-AT and I219-LM controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports and one RS-232 port on DB9, and an audio combo jack. DisplayPort 1.4 is standard and HDMI 2.0 is optional. Expansion is a PCIe x16 slot with x4 signal, a full-size mini PCIe slot and an M.2 E-key slot for optional Wi-Fi. Within the Winmate range the ITMH100 is the general industrial version of this box PC, and the IBDRW100-EX is a Class I Division 2 DIN-rail box PC with an Intel Celeron N2930.

Power is 9 to 29 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. The fanless housing runs from -20 to 60 °C and mounts on VESA.
