Winmate M140TG 14″ Windows Rugged Tablet with 11th Gen Intel Core i5, Hot-Swap Battery and MIL-STD-810H

A 14 inch tablet gives drawings, forms and inspection records room to breathe, but only helps if it lasts the shift. The M140TG is Winmate’s 14 inch Windows rugged tablet for that, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a 14″ optically bonded display, IP65 sealing and a hot-swappable battery backed by an internal one, so a pack can be changed without shutting down. Winmate builds the M140 range for industrial and field applications.

The Core i5-1135G7 is an 11th Gen Tiger Lake processor running at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory is 8 GB as standard with 16 GB or 32 GB optional, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 2 TB, plus a micro SDXC slot. TPM 2.0 is fitted, SOTI MobiControl is supported, and the tablet runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC. The screen shows 1920 x 1080 at 700 nits with optical bonding and anti-glare treatment under projected capacitive multi-touch.

A Gigabit LAN port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and a USB-C port with 20 V power delivery in sit on the tablet, with an optional micro HDMI output and a 19-pin docking connector. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in; GPS and GLONASS, 4G LTE, 5G, HF RFID and an ISO 7816 smart card reader are optional. Front and rear cameras are fitted. The M140TGT is the same 14 inch tablet with the smart card reader built in, and the D140 is the 14 inch model with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U and four USB-A ports.

The M140TG is sealed to IP65 and tested to MIL-STD-810H Methods 516.8 and 514.8 for shock, vibration and a 4 ft drop. A fan cools it from -20 °C to 60 °C. The internal battery and hot-swappable pack give around eight hours, or around 12 hours with the optional larger pack, and power comes from a 19 V adapter or USB-C. A kickstand is optional. We supply it configured, with Windows installed, and tested, ready to deploy.
