Winmate M700DQ9 7″ Android Rugged Tablet with Qualcomm QCS6490 and Up to 20-Hour Battery

Field service and inspection teams increasingly run job sheets, checklists and photo records on Android, and a 7 inch tablet is often a practical size to carry all day. The M700DQ9 is Winmate’s 7 inch Android rugged tablet for that work, built around a Qualcomm QCS6490 with a 7″ HD touch screen, IP65 sealing and a battery rated for up to 20 hours. Winmate names field service, inspection and industrial mobility as its intended uses.

The QCS6490 is an octa-core processor at up to 2.7 GHz with Adreno 643L graphics, paired with 8 GB of memory, 128 GB of storage and a Micro SD slot. Android 15 is installed, and Winmate lists SOTI MobiControl support for fleet device management. The 1280 x 720 PCAP display is optically bonded, gives 650 nits and 800:1 contrast, and works with bare hands, gloves or in rain mode. An 8MP front camera and a 16MP autofocus rear camera with LED cover photo records and document capture.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are standard, with 4G/5G RedCap as an option on a Micro SIM or eSIM, and NFC and a 1D/2D barcode reader as further options. A USB 3.0 Type-C OTG port handles data, and a docking connector takes Winmate’s optional battery charging dock, desk dock and vehicle docks, plus a USB-C to HDMI adapter. Within the Winmate range the M101Q9 brings the same QCS6490 to a fanless 10.1 inch tablet with a 1920 x 1200 screen, and the M900MGN is an 8″ tablet with a MediaTek Genio 510 and Android 13.

The M700DQ9 is sealed to IP65 and tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 516.8 for shock and 5 ft drops and Method 514.8 for vibration. It runs from -10 to 50 °C on battery and -20 to 60 °C while charging, at 5 to 95% humidity, and carries CE and FCC marks. Volume, power, home, menu, return and trigger buttons sit around the screen, and a 5 V universal adapter and USB Type-C cable come with it.
