Winmate R08IAN3S-IPT1WT 8.4″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel N150 and Resistive Touch

A machine control panel often has room only for a small operator screen, and it may face dust and splashes. The R08IAN3S-IPT1WT is Winmate’s 8.4 inch front IP65 panel PC: a fanless Intel Processor N150 computer behind an 8.4″ 800 x 600 display, rated to run from -20 to 60 °C and intended for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 is a four-core Twin Lake processor with 6 MB cache at up to 3.6 GHz, which typically suits HMI software and machine control in a fanless design. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket holds 8 GB as standard with 16 GB as an option. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD with options to 2 TB, or an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 2 TB where no NVMe SSD is fitted. TPM 2.0 is on board. The 8.4″ panel runs at 450 nits with 600:1 contrast and a brightness adjustment knob, with resistive touch or protection glass as options.

Two 2.5GbE ports can separate machine and plant networks, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports take scanners and keyboards. A USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2) supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for a second screen, and HDMI 2.0b is optional. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs and serial instruments, two speakers are built in, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. The R08IAN3S-IPU1 is the 0 to 50 °C version with a 600 nit screen, and the R08IAN3S-PMU1 is the panel mount version.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter. The R08IAN3S-IPT1WT is fanless, operates from -20 to 60 °C at 30 to 90% humidity non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks. It is rated IP65 at the front and fits a cut-out with the supplied clips, with VESA optional. We supply it configured, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Ubuntu 24.04 installed, and tested before dispatch.
