Winmate R08IAN3S-VMU1 8.4″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and MIL-STD-810G

On a forklift or reach truck there is rarely room for a large screen, but the driver still needs pick lists, messages and warehouse software in front of them. The R08IAN3S-VMU1 is Winmate’s 8.4″ vehicle mount panel PC for warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations, with an Intel Processor N150 in a fanless aluminum housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a front IP65 rating.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor running at up to 3.6 GHz, a good fit for warehouse management clients and browser-based dispatch tools. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 8.4 inch panel shows 800 x 600 at 600 nits, with resistive touch or plain protection glass as options.

Connections are two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DP Alt mode for a second display, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port for scanners and printers, and an optional HDMI 2.0b output. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module with antenna. The R10IAN3S-VMT2(HB) is the 10.4 inch vehicle model with the same processor, and the R08T200-VMU1 is the 8.4 inch vehicle touch monitor for cabs that already have a computer.

Power is an isolated 10 to 60 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, a wide range for vehicle power systems, with optional ignition on/off control; an 84 W AC adapter and a yoke mount stand are optional. The R08IAN3S-VMU1 operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 with shock to Method 516.6 as an option, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
