Winmate R08T200-VMU1 8.4″ Rugged Front IP65 Resistive Touch Monitor with 10 to 60 V DC Input

Vehicle cabs, quaysides and washdown areas are hard on screens: vibration, spray and unstable DC supplies all take their toll. The R08T200-VMU1 is Winmate’s 8.4 inch G-WIN rugged monitor for those sites, with a resistive touch screen, an anti-corrosion aluminum housing, a front IP65 rating and an isolated 10 to 60 V DC input.

The panel is 800 x 600 SVGA at 600 nits with a 600:1 contrast ratio and viewing angles of 150° horizontally and 130° vertically. Resistive touch responds to gloved fingers and a stylus, and it connects to the host over an optional USB type-A port or an optional RS-232 D-sub port. Front buttons handle power, brightness and menu, with LED indicators for power and status.

Video comes in over one VGA input, with an optional HDMI input. The front IP65 rating covers the panel face but not the I/O ports, so plan cable entry on the protected side of the install. For a larger screen in the same G-WIN line the R10L600-VMP1 offers 10.4 inches, and the R12L100-VMM2 is a 12.1 inch vehicle mount option.

Power is isolated 10 to 60 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with ignition on/off control as an option. The R08T200-VMU1 is fanless, operates from -10 to 55 °C, stores from -30 to 70 °C and is vibration-tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6. It measures 277 x 219.5 x 59.6 mm, weighs 2.2 kg and takes 75 x 75 mm VESA or an optional yoke stand.
