On a production line the operator face of an HMI gets splashed, dusted and wiped down, even when the electronics sit in a dry cabinet. The R10IAD3S-IPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch front IP65 panel PC for those stations, with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U and a 500 nit 1024 x 768 display with 1000:1 contrast.
The Core i5-1235U runs at up to 4.4 GHz with one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM socket, 8 GB as standard and 16 or 32 GB as options, which typically leaves the R10IAD3S-IPT2 room for HMI software and a SCADA client. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD as standard on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, with options to 4 TB and an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04. Resistive touch is optional, as is protection glass without touch.
Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0 is optional, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R10IAN3S-IPT2 keeps the front IP65 housing with an Intel N150 for lighter HMI duty, and the R10IAD3S-PMT2 is the panel mount version for dry cabinets.
Power is 12 V DC on a barrel jack, with a 120 W AC adapter supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity, which suits indoor cabinets and control rooms. The front is rated IP65, with mounting clips supplied for panel mounting and VESA as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IAD3S-IPT2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
