FCCR10IAN3S-IPT2 Overview
A small operator panel on a machine or conveyor still has to cope with splashes, dust and regular cleaning at the front, while the electronics behind it stay dry in the cabinet. The R10IAN3S-IPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch front IP65 panel PC for that job, with a quad-core Intel N150, a 10.4″ 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast, and resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Winmate positions it for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.
The R10IAN3S-IPT2 runs an Intel Processor N150: four cores at up to 3.6 GHz, 6 MB cache and Intel Graphics, in a fanless design that suits always-on operator stations. Memory is one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM with 8 GB fitted or 16 GB as an option, and a 128 GB SSD is standard with options to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is fitted, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed.
On the I/O side there are two 2.5GbE LAN ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode for a second screen, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port on DB9, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0b and an M.2 Wi-Fi module are optional. The R10IT3S-IPT2 is the earlier model in the same front IP65 housing with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R10IAD3S-IPT2 keeps this housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U for heavier software.
The front is rated IP65, so the operator face resists dust and water jets while the rear stays dry in the cabinet. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or on VESA as an option. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter is supplied for the 12 V DC input. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IAN3S-IPT2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
