Winmate R10IE3S-67T2ST 10.4″ IP67 Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Resistive Touch

Wet process areas need an HMI that can take water from any direction, not just across the front glass. The R10IE3S-67T2ST is Winmate’s 10.4 inch IP67 stainless steel panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer and an optically bonded 1024 x 768 resistive touch screen in a stainless housing sealed to IP67 as a complete unit.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 10.4 inch panel runs at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 176° viewing angles. The 5-wire resistive touch screen is optically bonded to the panel with an anti-moisture treatment, which suits the humid air of wet process areas.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and an RS-232 port on M12, with matching waterproof cables and caps supplied. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use antennas under sealed covers on the top edge. The R15IE3S-67C3ST is the 15 inch IP67 stainless model, and the R17IE3S-67M1ST is the 17 inch version with a 1280 x 1024 screen.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The R10IE3S-67T2ST is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 311 x 257 x 47.4 mm and mounts on a 75 x 75 mm VESA pattern or a yoke.
