Winmate R10IE3S-IPA1WT 10.4″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Wide Temperature

Outdoor kiosks, cold stores and unheated pump houses need an HMI that copes with low temperatures as well as splashes on the front. The R10IE3S-IPA1WT is Winmate’s 10.4 inch front IP65 panel PC for those sites, with a 10.4″ 800 x 600 display at 400 nits, an Intel Celeron N6211 and an operating range of -20 to 60 °C.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is a low-power Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, which suits a single HMI screen, a data entry form or a status display. Memory is DDR4 on one SO-DIMM, 4 GB as standard with 8 or 16 GB as options. A 128 GB SSD is standard on an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot, with larger options and an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied on the R10IE3S-IPA1WT.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0 is optional for a second screen and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R10IE3S-CHA1WT is the VESA chassis version with the same screen and temperature range, and the R10IAN3S-IPA1WT keeps this front IP65 design with an Intel N150.

Power is 12 V DC on a barrel jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 50 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from -20 to 60 °C at 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -30 to 70 °C. It is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet or enclosure. Panel mounting with the supplied clips is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IE3S-IPA1WT configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
