Winmate R10L100-PCT2OD 10.4″ Sunlight Readable PCAP Touch Monitor with 1000 Nit XGA Display and Front IP65

Screens on outdoor equipment lose contrast in daylight and have to cope with cold mornings and direct sun. The R10L100-PCT2OD is Winmate’s 10.4 inch PCAP touch chassis display for these sites, with a 1000 nit panel, a front IP65 rating and options for a heater and UV film.

The 10.4 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 1000 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colors and 176° viewing angles. Winmate describes it as sunlight readable with a high brightness design. Projected capacitive multi-touch connects to the host over USB and gives the light touch operators expect from phones and tablets.

Video arrives over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI available as options. An optional UV film adds solar radiation protection for screens facing direct sun, and an optional heater extends the low end of the operating range. The R10L100-PPT2OD is the panel mount version of this outdoor design with a 262 x 218 mm cut-out, and the R12L100-PCM2OD moves to a 12.1 inch chassis.

Power is 12 V DC as standard, with 24 V DC as an option, and Winmate supplies a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord, VGA and HDMI cables and VESA screws. The monitor operates from -10 °C to 60 °C, or -25 °C to 60 °C with the heater, and stores from -20 °C to 70 °C at 10 to 90% RH, non-condensing. It measures 252.41 x 197.8 x 43 mm, fixes to VESA holes, cools without a fan and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names industrial visualization, control rooms and equipment monitoring as applications.
