Winmate R10L100-PPP1HB 10.4″ PCAP Panel Mount Monitor with 1000 Nit SVGA Display and 400:1 Contrast

Outdoor equipment, kiosks and machines near open doors need a small touchscreen that stays readable in sunlight, and many existing applications still run at 800 x 600. The R10L100-PPP1HB is Winmate’s 10.4 inch monitor from its Panel Mount Aluminum Display series: a high-brightness 4:3 screen with projected capacitive multi-touch and front IP65 sealing. Winmate names industrial automation, kiosks and outdoor applications, and it connects to a separate industrial computer.

The 10.4″ 800 x 600 panel runs at 1000 nits with 400:1 contrast, so it stays readable in direct light. Projected capacitive multi-touch supports gestures, works behind a flat front and connects over a single USB port. The 4:3 SVGA format lets older HMI screens carry over without reworking the layout.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options, and a five-key OSD handles set-up. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. VGA and HDMI cables, a power cord and VESA screws come in the box. The R10L100-PPT2(HB) is the 1024 x 768 version of this panel mount PCAP monitor, and the R10L600-IPP1HB is a 10.4 inch 1000 nit front IP65 monitor with resistive touch instead.

The 10.4 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA, in a metal housing with an aluminum bezel. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied, operates fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks.
