Hygiene rules in food and pharmaceutical plants mean screens get cleaned as often as the machines around them. The R10L100-SPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch stainless steel chassis display for these sites, with PCAP touch on a flat front, a full IP65 SUS 316 housing and M12 waterproof connectors.
The 10.4 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colors and 176° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits under a flat front with no bezel step to trap residue, and optical bonding is available as an option to cut reflections. Five buttons and power and status LEDs on the housing control the on-screen display.
VGA, USB touch and power connect through M12 waterproof connectors, and waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs are available as options. The R10L100-SPT269 is the IP69K version of this housing for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown, and the R10L100-67T2ST offers IP67 stainless with bonded resistive touch for gloved operators.
Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, supplied through a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, and Winmate includes waterproof USB and VGA cables, waterproof caps and VESA screws. The monitor operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH, non-condensing, and cools without a fan. It measures 289 x 246 x 49.9 mm, weighs 3.8 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or a yoke. It carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries and chemical factories as applications.
