Winmate R10L100-SPT269 10.4″ IP69K Stainless Steel PCAP Washdown Monitor with XGA Display

Where lines are cleaned with high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, an IP65 rating is not enough and the enclosure has to be sealed to a higher level. The R10L100-SPT269 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch IP69K stainless steel chassis display, with flat PCAP touch, a SUS 316 housing and M12 waterproof connectors.

The 10.4 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colors and 176° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits under a flat front with no bezel step for residue to gather in, and optical bonding is available as an option to cut reflections. Five buttons and power and status LEDs mounted on the housing control the on-screen display.

VGA, USB touch and power connect through M12 waterproof connectors, with waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs as options, and an air vent valve sits on the rear of the housing next to the connectors. The R10L100-SPT2 is the IP65 version of this housing for lighter cleaning, and the R15L100-SPC369 offers IP69K stainless PCAP at 15 inches.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, supplied through a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, and Winmate includes waterproof USB and VGA cables, waterproof caps and VESA screws. The monitor operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH, non-condensing, and cools without a fan. It measures 289 x 246 x 49.9 mm, weighs 3.8 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or a yoke. It carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries and chemical factories as applications.
