Winmate R15L100-SPC369 15″ IP69K Stainless Steel PCAP Touch Monitor with 316 Housing for Washdown

Where a production line is cleaned with high-pressure hot water, a front-sealed display is not enough. The R15L100-SPC369 is Winmate’s 15 inch IP69K stainless steel monitor, with a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing, flat PCAP touch and sealed M12 connections for washdown areas.

The 4:3 XGA panel runs at 1024 x 768 with 300 nits, a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 88 degree viewing angles in each direction, and optical bonding is an option to reduce reflections under bright factory lighting. The projected capacitive touch screen has a flat design, which leaves no raised bezel edge for product residue to collect against. The 304.1 x 228.1 mm active area shows 16.2 million colors for colour-coded recipe and alarm screens.

VGA, USB touch and 12 V DC power each connect through M12 connectors on the rear, with waterproof HDMI or DVI as options, and an air vent valve sits beside them. Power and status LEDs and a five-button OSD complete the rear panel. Where full IP65 sealing is enough, the R15L100-SPC3 is the IP65 twin, and the R19L100-SPM169 offers IP69K on a 19 inch 5:4 panel.

The chassis measures 378 x 301 x 56.4 mm, weighs 6.3 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed cables and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names the food and chemical industries as the target applications.
